I live in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia, Hampshire county. I was born In 1964. I love fishing, hunting and the outdoors. I can give most of the credit to my Uncle whom is now passed away. He was my inspiration and teacher. I can remember when I was only six years old he and I would roam through the woods sneaking up on deer to see how close we could get. It wasn't until 1986 when I got my first bow.
My first
bow was a Bear Bruin it was a very good shooting bow I still wish I had
it for target or 3D shooting. The only drawback was it was heavy and long.
In 1989 I traded it in for a PSE Fireflite. This bow was much lighter and
shorter than the Bruin and very tough. I hunted with this bow for the next
seven years. In August of 1996 I purchased a Matthew's Solo Cam Ultra light.
This bow is much shorter and lighter than the PSE. So far I can say this
is the best bow I have owned. It is very easy to shoot. The single cam
is quiet and a dream to pull back. Check out the new line of single cam
bows. I think you will like what you see. I have had a lot of good ,bad
and indifferent luck bow hunting. I have a few hunting stories
