I sinewed the entire area around where the pin knots were after removing
the "bandaids". She held really well. I drew her to 28" at
least 100 times before taking this pic. Tiller isn't aweful but needs
some work. The right limb is stronger than the left and the
near handle wood isn't moving at all.
Got the near handle wood bending a little now. Much rounder tiller
here.
She's looking pretty nice to me. The tips are a little stiffer
than I often make them but I kinda like it. Keeps that string angle
low and she draws super smooth. She shoots really hard too.
No string follow. I like her. Might be hard to part with her
:-) She's finished out at 50# at 28". I sanded her smooth and
am gonna put the tip overlays on next. Then the snakes.
Here she is drawn to my fullest draw of 28". I really like this
tiller. I might go for that more often.
