This is me, my daughter Emily and my nephew Mikey working to take the bark and sapwood off an osage orange stave that I later made into a selfbow. This was my third bow and it shoots so well that I plan to kill a deer with it this year. I'll let you know how it turns out.
Well, I didn't kill any deer with the selfbow in 1998. I hunted with it though and I'm comfortable out to 15 yards. 1999 should bring better luck.
