COMING ATTRACTIONS:
(and/or updates)

Mar 26, 2011 Oooops - I just discovered today that, after a lonnnng time of my GuestBook not working it has been fixed by BraveNet. Now it, and the links to it, are back in full working order. I am so glad to see it functioning again, and thank BraveNet for it and it's support. Please feel free to use it ( as you may have in the past). Your feedback/comments are important to me, Your Host, Bernie

I will be adding more new Full Draw pics to those special, popular pages soon - keep checking back.

A Special Section was added - (Oct. 04 of 2006) - see Traditional Bows Drawn in menu above. Adding pics almost daily to this new section. The graceful curve of the bow is a thing of beauty and strength. Now (Feb, '09) ,  on Page 20. That means over 1,260 pictures of folks, from all walks of life, into Traditional archery, at Full Draw with their beautiful bows. Check it Out!

I'm also still trying to get decent pictures of my last two or so art works that I never did put on slides. I hope I will be able to do that and then add them to Bernie's Art  Section. They were (arguably) a couple of my best works - one having won a couple of awards.

Check out my Hot List Table of Links to some of my favorite web sites on various subjects.

* (If you are a first-time visitor: When you're ready to "ride", please start with "Bernie's Life & Times", for the sake of clarity, a Bio of sorts, and a photo or two.) - BUT first scroll down, please, for more little tidbits of an informative nature. Remember to let any page load fully before attempting to scroll.

Thanks for stopping by Bernie's - Hope you enjoy your visit - Ya'll come back now , ya heah?

Warning: This is an Outdoors Site and as such deals with the harvesting of fish and game animals but it is so much more also that I encourage you to open your mind and take a look-see for yourself. All of the Gallery pictures are in thumbnail form and if you are not open to those that are of "harvests" then do not click on the ones of that genre (to reveal the "big picture"). Please enjoy the experience of finding that, after all is said and done, "Hunters Are People Too".

Then click on the flag for a fitting graphic of it and our resolve  to remain strong and vigilant.

God willing "they" will rue the day "their" sneaky, cowardly terrorist attack sullied our beautiful flag and took the life from all those innocent loved ones of so many. I trust that our government and military will see to that. However please, please guard against becoming "them" - do not fall into the trap of lumping all peoples of a nationality or religion into one group and find yourself persecuting the innocent just as "they" did. I truly believe bigotry in any of it's forms is not what America is all about and those who practice it just don't get it.

Click Here for what happens when we begin to forget to be vigilant!

This continuously burning candle is in memory of all of our military service brothers and sisters who have given their lives in (or after) service to our country. We are seeing it on more and more websites every day. Please feel free to take it and light up a spot on your web site or desk top to show your support of our Armed Services, just as I did.

The below Painting (on Turkey Feathers) was created by my friend and fine artist, Brian Aliff, of West Virginia. It was done on Veteran's day 2007 out of Brian's creativity, and his profound respect for the men and women who protect our shores and freedoms at home and away. day by day. Thank you for us all, and may God bless you, and your talent, Brian Aliff.

While you are eyeballing my site please visit Bernie's Guestbook to read other's comments and to leave your own tracks (comments). Just click on the left, blue button below. (Your other left, Boy!) After you leave your tracks simply press one of the "Home" buttons there to zip straight back to this site. It is just an E-Z side trip and means so-oo much to your host (namely me).

Note: On Jan. 15, 2002 I changed my Guestbook to one that looks more like my other page(s) and will hold more entries than my old one. If you've signed before (or not), please do it again (it may be near empty - arrggh!). Still looking for "a few good" sets of tracks (thank you, USMC). Thank you, folks.

It is with great humility and deep appreciation that I display this very special award to my site. It comes from an even more special person and fine Web Designer. See more regarding my "very first award" in an entry on my Journal, Pg2. Also see Awards Page, please.
Recently that same lady, no stranger to the internet and to hunting, put a phrase on one of her website journals that I think bears repeating here:

"There is no greater gift that a friend can give than to whisper a prayer to the Father...in your behalf."

Thank you, Susie Q for this well-said and heartfelt phrase.
