These are the pictures that were taken from November 2005 through the end of January 2006.

There were some dissapontments to go along with our successes this year. As usual there were plenty of deer and plenty of typical antlered bucks for this area, but unfortunately we did not get the antler growth that we hoped for from the previous year and exceptional bucks were few and far between. Our ranch area was in a severe drought all year, lakes that we bass fished with considerable success in January of 2005 were virtually dry by 2006. Several of the bucks that we passed the previous season were seen and added antler was not what we anticipated. It just shows that when you hunt open range without supplemental feeding that you are at the mercy of the weather and the corresponding native plant regeneration.
