326 Words From Roger ( TradTech ) YennThe Ultimate “Porker” Game
I don’t know what makes wild boar huntin’ and poker playin’ synonymous, but what ever it is, it certainly became second nature to the MHH hunts.
Once again the beautiful Tennessee mountains will be graced with the arrival of 20 something bowhunters from California to Connecticut wishing to endure a fast track weekend of Southern wild boar huntin’ & poker playin’ at its best. Of course the virgins who’ll be attendin’ will pay homage to the Wingnuts of years past, offering themselves as human shields as well as figures for outrageous spontaneous gut bustin’ laughter as they face some of Clarkrange’s finest…and I DON’T mean the local women.
Some may find themselves longing for short intimate relationships with some of the deciduous trees for safe harbor from local hogs desirous of short intimate encounters with them! Believe me, head fakes won’t work when one of those short-legged critters decides to roll full steam ahead in your direction! Don’t worry; you’ll not be marked as a “tree hugger”… promise. It will be understood that you have great admiration for what god put on earth to use to our advantage.
Are you up for “The Ultimate Porker Game”?
If you can handle hours of exhilarating cardiovascular challenge yielding literally hundreds of pounds of Tennessee wild boar hangin’ from the meat pole, you might be a player.
If you can handle eatin’ freshly smoked Tennessee wild boar with all the fixin’s, drinkin’ plenty of fluids and some adult beverage (in extreme moderation), followed by hours of poker playin’, you might be a player.
If you “think” you can handle the recollections of each hunter’s success while the stories get better as the night wears on, you’re close.
If you feel like you’ll do this again, you’ve definitely earned a seat at our annual MHH table.
Unfortunately the other five hunters in the same camp will have to endure all of our expertise as WE WILL PREVAIL showin’em how it’s done.

My Friends,Many of you who haven't been around here as long as some of us have missed a classic piece of Bowsite history. There was a thread in early 1998 on the Hog Conference entitled "The Tale of the Lucky Cajun", and it combined two seperate, but concurrently ongoing stories of hog hunts in Texas. Pure genius.
But what is even more interesting, if you pay attention to the posts, you can spot the exact moment the concept of the "Magnificent Hog Hunt" (MHH) was born. You can dang near see a light bulb illuminate above a certain hillbillies head.
I implore of you to please read "The Tale of the Lucky Cajun", which is available at:
